Thaidelish is found by Lamoon She is one of most powerful and well known in Thai community as Someone doing good behind the scene.
Lamoon was born in North East Thailand in 1982 Her family is farmers along growing up poor luckily She’s very intelligent in very young age all school year she get free scholarship every year to study until graduate bachelor’s degree in nursing from one of oldest and powerful nursing school in Thailand.
She is one of remarkable nursing students during school year She went to build up school for poor students and doing developing camps with Cadets students and all universities in Thailand.
She is one of difficult to control student she always sneak to kitchen and learn how to cook as the food at her college is so delicious of course she get clotted while she learned how to cook green curry.
All kitchen staffs love her so much but they got trouble by allowed her to cook because nursing students can’t injure their hands build for operation’s knife not for cooking in the kitchen.
She want to try cooking in college’s kitchen many times but after she get clotted she not allowed inside kitchen anymore.
After graduate She was a nurse for 7 years and flew to Canada to fulfill her dream to be multi billionaire to be available to help many poor people around the world.
Whenever her cooking start from learning since 9 years old helping her mom to sale Papaya salad shop in Thailand until she tried to be independent in Canada.
She is learning from Chef whoever has recipes from restaurant which serve king RamaIX including she pay a lot of money for Ubereats to order Thaifood but it’s heartbreaking.
She can’t find any restaurant whoever food inside it’s Authentic Thai.
That’s the biggest reason why she has to open Authentic Thai restaurant name Thaidelish.
Thaidelish passion is create the menu which very rare to find anywhere in canada and north america our resturant bring favourite food from thailand to serve here in Hamilton and overall.
